Role Overview
As an Associate Software Engineer (ASE) at Accenture, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining technology solutions that meet business needs. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want to build a strong foundation in software engineering.

Skills & Qualifications Required
Must Have:

Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and performance analysis.

- Familiarity with 2EE, .NET (ASP.NET, MVC), full-stack development, and test automation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS/IT/Data Science) - Any year of graduation till 2024.
- Work Experience: Less than 23 months of full-time experience.
- Backlogs: No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Recruitment Rule: Candidates should not have appeared for an Accenture interview in the last three months.
- Citizenship: Indian citizens only. (Bhutan and Nepal nationals can work in India without a visa; others need a valid work visa or OCI/PIO card.)
Assessment Process
Step 1: Online Assessment Invitation
- Eligible candidates will receive an email with a link to complete the online assessments.
- The assessment is divided into three stages and must be completed within the given timeline.
Step 2: Mock Assessment (20 minutes)
- A practice test to ensure your system meets the requirements.
- Mandatory for all candidates.
Step 3: Cognitive & Technical Assessment (90 minutes)
Cognitive Assessment (50 questions) covering:
- English Ability
- Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving
- Abstract Reasoning
Technical Assessment (40 questions) covering:
- Common Applications & MS Office
- Pseudocode
- Networking, Security & Cloud Fundamentals
Results will be notified within 5-10 minutes after completion.
If cleared, the coding assessment starts immediately.
Step 4: Coding Assessment (45 minutes)
Solve two coding problems in any of the following languages:
- C
- C++
- .NET
- Java
- Python
Mandatory for candidates who clear the Cognitive & Technical Assessment.
Step 5: Communication Assessment (30 minutes)
Candidates will receive a separate email with login details.

- Sentence Mastery
- Vocabulary
- Fluency
- Pronunciation
