Available Job Roles & Requirements
1. Team Member - Manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling filling operations for PFS (Pre-Filled Syringes) and Cartridges.
- Working with complex injectable compounding and peptide compounding.
- Operating isolators, vial washing, tunnels, lyophilizers, and autoclaves.
- Ensuring compliance with USFDA regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Engineering (Minimum 60% marks)
- Experience: 3 - 8 years
2. Team Member – Quality Control (Microbiology)
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting Microbiological Assay using the cup plate method.
- Performing MLT Testing and WFI BET.
- Monitoring sterility tests and sterility tube observations.
- Preparing media and conducting media fill activities.
- Knowledge of pharma regulatory audits.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc Microbiology (Minimum 60% marks)
- Experience: 3 – 8 years
3. Team Member – Quality Control (Chemical)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handling analytical instruments like HPLC, GC, PSD, LBPC, ICPMS, AAS, KF, UV-IR, etc.
- Conducting analysis of RMPM samples, IPFP stability samples.
- Calibrating analytical instruments.
- Working with Empower 3 Software in a regulatory environment.
Qualifications:
- M.Sc Analytical Chemistry (Minimum 60% marks)
- Experience: 3 - 5 years
4. Team Member – Packing
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing qualification of device packing and cartridge lines.
- Handling Auto Cartonators for packing operations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical (Minimum 60% marks)
- Experience: 3 - 8 years
