Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Wipro Turbo Hiring Program 2025, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech)
- Eligible Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, and Circuital branches
- Year of Graduation: 2025
Academic Performance:
- Minimum 60% marks in both 10th and 12th standards
- Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in graduation
Additional Criteria:
- Maximum of one backlog allowed at the time of assessment, to be cleared by the end of the 8th semester
- Up to three years of gap allowed between 10th grade and the commencement of graduation
- No gaps permitted during the graduation period, which should be completed within four years
- Only full-time courses are considered; part-time or distance learning courses are not eligible
Compensation and Benefits
Selected candidates will be designated as Project Engineers with the following compensation package:
Salary:
- CTC: ₹5.5 lakhs per annum
- Retention Bonus: ₹1 lakh

Selection Process
The selection process for the Wipro Turbo Hiring Program 2025 includes several stages:
- Registration: Candidates must register by filling out an online application form.
- Online Assessment: This comprises three segments:
- Aptitude Test: Evaluates verbal, quantitative, and logical reasoning skills.
- Coding Test: Assesses programming proficiency in languages such as C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Written Communication Test: Measures written English skills.
- Voice Assessment Round: Candidates who clear the online assessment proceed to a voice assessment round.
- Business Discussion: Shortlisted candidates engage in a business discussion round.
- Letter of Intent (LOI): Candidates who clear the business discussion receive a Letter of Intent.
- Pre-Skilling Training: Selected candidates undergo pre-skilling training to prepare for their roles.
- Offer Letter: Upon successful completion of all stages, candidates receive an official offer letter from Wipro.
